Job Title: TSR (Telephone Sales Representative)

Job Summary

· Develop new business through new and existing networks

· Service and maintain business relationships with clients

·Work under the CSR team manager and process CSR daily transaction

· Assist in generating insurance quotations, applications, and endorsements

· Provide support with insurer portal submissions

· Other assigned duties

 

Our Ideal Candidate

· AIC Level I insurance agent license or above is an asset

· Spoken Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin) is an asset

· Previous experience in sales and customer service

· Effective time management skills and ability to work in a pressure environment

· Clear written and oral communication skills

· Organized with strong attention to detail

· Self-motivated and enthusiastic

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite: Word, Excel, Outlook

 

Job Types: Full-time

Salary: $35,000.00-$45,000.00 per year

Basic salary plus commission pay
